POWERCUT
What is the POWERCUT CNC plasma cutter series?
The POWERCUT series is our in-house engineered range of industrial-grade CNC plasma cutting machines. Each machine is built on a heavy-gauge steel chassis, equipped with our CR PLASMA controller, and designed for reliability, accuracy, and ease of use. Multiple table sizes and configurations are available to suit light fabrication through to high-demand industrial work.
What CNC plasma cutting machines do you manufacture?
Our range is based on the proven POWERCUT 10×5 platform and includes:
POWERCUT 10×5 – the core machine for general industrial work
High-Definition POWERCUT 10×5 – upgraded for X-Definition performance
4000×2000 Portal Machine – larger-format cutting
6000×2000 Portal Machine – extended capacity for long-format work
POWERCUT Ducting Plate Rider – for HVAC and ducting applications
Custom sizes and special configurations are available on request.
Hypertherm
Do you supply Hypertherm products?
Yes, we are Hypertherm’s official service partner in Ireland and support customers across the UK. We supply XPR, HPR, and consumable ranges, along with upgrade kits and maintenance packs.
Do you service Hypertherm systems?
We offer full Hypertherm-certified servicing, including installation, diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and legacy HPR support. We also provide HPR-to-XPR upgrade options.
Retrofits
Do you offer CNC plasma machine retrofits?
Yes. We retrofit older or imported plasma tables with CR PLASMA controllers, motion systems, and Hypertherm integrations. A retrofit can dramatically improve accuracy, reliability, cut quality, and overall usability, often extending the life of existing equipment at a fraction of the cost of a full replacement.
