Machine and Plasma Services from CR PLASMA
A CR PLASMA retrofit can retain a usable machine structure while replacing unsupported controls, drives, wiring, torch-height equipment, or the plasma source. The final scope depends on the condition of the original machine and the cutting work it must perform.
CR PLASMA is a Hypertherm service partner in Ireland and works on both HPR and XPR equipment. The listed services cover maintenance of installed systems and assessment of an HPR-to-XPR upgrade. U.S. scope and availability are confirmed separately for each request.
Training is arranged around the installed machine and operator experience. Topics can include basic machine use, file preparation, cutting setup, process settings, routine checks, and the relevant Hypertherm equipment.
Support can include troubleshooting, consumable guidance, replacement parts, remote assistance, and on-site work where available. The response depends on the machine, fault, location, and information supplied by the customer.
