About CR PLASMA

CR PLASMA developed its own cutting systems after 15 years of work with CNC plasma machines. Experience servicing Hypertherm and ESAB equipment informed the decision to build a machine that CR PLASMA could understand, supply, and support as a complete system.

CR PLASMA has teamed up with StoneyCNC and developed an industrial, heavy-duty and affordable set of CNC plasma cutting machines. The first machine in the lineup is the POWERCUT 10 x 5.

The POWERCUT 10 x 5 was intended to bring industrial construction and cutting capability to a more accessible machine format. It is built and assembled in Ireland from selected components, with parts and technical support considered during the design process.

CR PLASMA uses supportable parts where practical and supplies the controller, CNC hardware, software, and electronics as an integrated package.

CR PLASMA Strategy

The machines we build are heavy-duty and heavy-duty. Heavy-gauge steel is used in our tables for long-lasting machine carcass performance

The machines have been designed to be as simple as possible. Keeping the machine as simple and easy to work on as possible enhances our ability to support the machines in the field and service our OEM partners

We are directly involved in the design and operation of the controller system and therefore we have full control over the spare parts and supply of all hardware, software and electronics. All motor drives and plasma controller systems are supplied and supported by us directly.

The control software is arranged around routine cutting tasks, so an operator does not need specialist IT knowledge to run the machine.
