Live interface of exact machine position at all times during setup.

The control software gives the operator live feedback on machine position relative to the sheet loaded on the table. If you are nesting large arrays of parts or for making small parts from offcuts the live GUI is invaluable to ensure you always have enough work-piece under the torch.

Integrated Torch Height Controller

Live feedback of torch states, cut heights and torch height control status.

The front screen shows torch status, preset cutting heights, height-controller feedback, and the current torch setup. This places the main process information in one view while a cut is running.

Integrated torch library database

Integrated setting management tool 1 click from front-panel

A controller database stores torch settings, material thicknesses, and their associated process values. Additional functions are available for jobs that require more detailed setup.

Full Nesting Package to optimise cutting layouts

DXF and NC1 file compatible.

File-management tools organize cutting files and prepare larger jobs for transfer to the CNC controller.

Plasma Nest supports multiple parts, parts placed inside other parts, automatic or locked rotation, multiple sheets, and sheet-nest reports.

The standard-part tool creates common items such as flange plates and lugs at the CNC interface without requiring a separate drawing for each part.

Standard part library constantly evolves and is added to every few months.
