Retrofit Services ESAB Suprarex CNC Plasma

The ESAB CNC plasma with existing ESAB controller and Hypertherm HPR270 source had given up after many long years of service. The machine has now been fully refurbished with a Thermal Dynamics Ultracut XT and the CR PLASMA retrofit solution. All new servos cables, sensors, and Z axis.

ESAB SUPRAREX - Running on CR PLASMA control

Fully revamped - the ESAB is back online running a high spec windows 10PC, CR PLASMA controller, CR PLASMA Z axis.

Machine fully rewired. The carcass and the X and Y axis gearboxes were kept. Everything else is new!
